Shipping Policy

At A Social Garden, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our shipping policy outlines the various shipping methods we offer, including standard and express options, via USPS, UPS, and Fedex, along with estimated delivery times and costs. We take great care in packaging your items, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition for your outdoor gatherings.
 
For a more personalized approach, we encourage you to reach out if you have special shipping requests. Our team is here to ensure that your new decor or furniture is delivered right to your doorstep with care.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is so important to the Social Garden.  Please contact our team for a return authorization within 5 days from the date you received the item.  We may ask for a screenshot of product you are returning and order number.  We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible.  The product must be in the same unused condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.  

 

Please contact bettyklein@asocialgarden.com to request a return authorization.  Any items returned without authorization will be denied.  

 

Once item is returned and inspected, we will refund the original price to the original form of payment; less shipping cost.  There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all furniture items.  Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund.
