Shipping policy

At A Social Garden, we carefully package every order so your Mahjongg Tiles, Racks, and accessories arrive safely and beautifully presented.  

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.  During new product launches, holidays, special promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.  If there is a significant delay, we will contact you, if you have included your email or phone number with your order.  

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, the shipping destination, and the available carrier services.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.  Please note that shipping times are estimated provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by A Social Garden.  Weather carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.  If your package is lost or delayed, A Social Garden, is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.  

Packaging

Mahjongg Tiles, Acrylic Racks, and other accessories are packaged with care to help protect them during transit.  For products that are particularly susceptible to damage, we use protective wrapping, cushioning, foam, or other appropriate packaging materials.  Because our products may include delicate materials, please open your package carefully and inspect your items as soon as they arrive.  Our refund window is 7 days from date of delivery.  

Damaged Items

We want you to love your A Social Garden purchase.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at asocialgarden@gmail.com.  Please include:

-Your order number

-A description of the damage

-Photos of the damaged product

-Photos of the exterior of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as the carrier may require photographs or inspection of the packaging.  We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy when applicable.  

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.  If you realized that you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.  We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order order has entered the shipping process.  Some products or shipping services may not be eligible for delivery to a PO Box.  

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to an order.   

International Shipping

At this time, A Social Garden, ships only within the United States.
